Always Rainy

Hey EA_Kent...

Any way the community can get some answers concerning the major issues we've got with Road to CFP games...

1. Can't set up Depth Charts
2. No weather/different start times 
3. No Team Specific defensive playbooks 
4. Matchmaking (I'm using a Tier 3 team and keep getting forced to play vs Tier 1 teams)
5. Stadium Pulse is WAY too extreme. We've only got about 8 seconds to make adjustments... literally.

I'm reaching out, cause nobody is even acknowledging these complaints. And a simple search of the forums will show that NOBODY likes these issues. 

Especially the depth charts issue 

You are all lucky you get to play.   Teambuilder Dynasty mode I have not got past the first quarter yet.   Crashes every time 2 minutes into the game.   Oh and it’s raining.   

FIX YOUR GAME

As an strictly online (Road to CFP) player...I'd KILL for a weather game. 

Or even better...a night game with weather. J/s

In what universe does it rain, EVERY SINGLE GAME? It's clearly a problem as EA claims to address it in the recent update. But to think the game's weather condition probability is accurate is just you lying to yourself

Same for me. Way too much rain at wrong times during the year. 

No you are not looking into it, you are from EA studios and every time y'all say y'all are looking into something you are lying because you never fix it. So I don't believe a single thing that one of your representatives like you says, fix the game stop making trash games or just get out of the video game business because you are absolutely the worst gaming developer in the entire industry across the entire world. Nobody likes you nobody wants your games and the only reason we buy them is because you monopolize the industry. So stop lying to us and actually do something other than sitting on your cans all day doing nothing

Or you can just enjoy things in your own dynasty and let me have my opinion. The two aren’t mutually exclusive 🤷‍♂️

I've found a temporary fix and it hasn't rained since.

1. Finish up everything you want to do for that week and make a MANUAL SAVE. 
2. Advance to the next week and hop straight into the game, if its still raining then exit to the dynasty hub (hold X/A to skip game intros)
3. exit to the main menu and reload your manual save (the previous week) then advanced again and hop into the game. It should be dry but if not you may have to do this a couple times but I only had to do this once and I haven't seen rain all of my season 3

Apparently weather is determined during the advance week screen and weather is locked in once you're in the week, no matter how many times you quit out and load back in. I think the odds of rain must be at 99.9% chance  or something for so many people to have this problem. Still. I would rather EA let us pick our own weather, I can get it dry but out of 600+ hours in dynasty in cfb 25 and 50+ in 26 i've only seen snow in maybe 3 games, and I've played as Coastal Carolina, Boise St, Purdue, Colorado & now Delaware.

In what world does it hurricane in southern California at a USC game every Saturday? In what world will Delaware become a national powerhouse in their first 5 seasons? MY DYNASTY.

Sports games have an odd choice between every feature being Fun or Realistic, this is definitely one of those things where give me 100% of the fun and my personal enjoyment of choosing my own weather. I can choose the weather in FC 25 career mode and have a blast. It's a video game bro, let people enjoy things in their own dynasty.
