Arghh! Please explain 😭😭

Can someone please explain to me how this is acceptable by my opponent and EA for creating this nonsense 

Okay, so in road to the CFP online my global  rank is #1753. I start a game and get matched with someone who's ranked #3,230...

I chose Texas and searched for a tier 1 opponent. This person ended up selecting Tulane. I know... not very fair. I get it....

So  1st, we're playing and something just felt off.. this person kept making an offensive adjustment then shift his outside WR in motion across the field. My CB who would be in man would follow him across the field but stop half way at which point he would hike it just as the WR is getting set and he would have a wide open go route. No matter what man coverage I picked they just stop in the middle of the  field. I figured it was like home field advantage or something but it was definitely glitchy or out of my control regardless.

2nd, their RB does a run to the outside and (not exaggerating) I was about to make the tackle with LB about 2 yards past the line and out of nowhere an invisible force starts pulling my user controlled player backwards and literally did the moon walk 3 yards while he ran past.

3rd, they were running RPO so I was like, bet, im gonna pull my S Michael Taffe up because he's a ball hawk and stag a pick 6... I played it perfectly, jumped the ball got in the line of fire  looked at the QB and pushed triangle as the ball sailed right over my head with no action that would indicate that my player was playing a sport at all. 

The whole game was like playing with and against magnets.  No user control. They used this combination of weirdness to go up 28-14 Needless to say I quit when they picked me off while our hands collided and glitched a dead animation to outrun Wingo for a pick 6 

Am I wrong for hating how bad this game plays?
