Asking EA for Better/More Community Engagement

I would like to respectfully ask that the EA Community Managers engage more with this community.

I think we deserve better than what we are getting now.

I know you are not miracle workers. You are not devs, can not fix bug, and probably don't even have much sway in helping decide which issues get addressed.

But there is one thing you CAN control. And that is your engagement with this community. 

I'm not asking for magic fixes. But I would like (and as a customer what I expect) is a modicum of honesty, transparency, and two-way communication. 

It's not too much to ask, and it's what we as a community deserve.

If you can make this community feel like it is being HEARD at the very minimum, then I think that's gonna go a long way.
