Auto Recruiting

I play Dynasty Mode on Single player with a Xbox Series S. I'm a type of dynasty player that doesn't want to worry about recruiting and just want to play the games. I Finish a season with Colorado 10-3, losing in the Fiesta Bowl to Penn State in the quarterfinal, yet like 7 or 10 players wanted to transfer and the CPU only got 3 commits. The following season I don't do good (because I got cocky and sim the entire regular season), finish 3-9, and 15 players wanted to transfer and once again the CPU was only able to land 3 Commits. Basically Destroying my team.
