Broken Personnel & UNWANTED Changes. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

When I get into the game there are different players at positions that I DO NOT have in my lineups in accordance with my depth chart and formation subs! In my depth chart and personnel subs I have the players I want at their respective positions. When I get into the game it somehow put in some benchwarmers I haven't developed as well as have players out of position. I keep having to MANUALLY sub in my RUNNING BACK where the game has put a LINEBACKER in at that position. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE FIX THIS!!!
