Can the “Auto-Progress” button do one player at a time vs entire team

I think it would be a really beneficial and easy feature add to add a switch or slider that allows the “auto progress” button in roster management to progress only the selected player vs the entire team. 

this could be a very beneficial addition and increase the quality of life and player control over our dynasty rosters. Rather then spending hours manually doing players I don’t care about just to do the handful I want to control or delay takes a lot out of it for me
