Coaching Carousel Idea For CB27

We all agree the carousel could use some reworking.   Something they could do: Interview for any opening. Based off the school/prestige, you could be offered so many coaching points. And the school you are currently at could counter the offer if they wanted to keep you. For example. I’ve been the HC at Arkansas for 4 years. Won an SEC Title and multiple bowl or playoff games. I see the Georgia job come open. I’m actually top 3 on their list. I get the offer with 45 coaching points. Arkansas wants me to stay. I get a counter offer of 50 coaching points. Now I have a decision to make. 

Any other ideas to add to this?
