Devin Neal Upgrade Token Not Showing Up In Store

As you can see from the photos attached my Devin Neal card is only a 93 OVR and still has four more upgrade tokens available. In the other photo you can see that his upgrade token do not appear in the store. I know as of right now I do not have enough to get the next token but will soon and would hope to get all of them throughout the season Please update this. This is for the account bswanny27 and possibly many others.
