College 27 wishlist

Hello, all. This discussion is about what we can expect EA College Football 27 should have rather than what we won't. I'm a huge dynasty player and the one thing that bothers me the most is haw easily it is to recruit in the game and how badly the cpu for lower tier teams recruits. Like for instance I'm in a dynasty now where George State has 10 qb on the roster and 7 of them are freshman, they have only 4 rb and 8 wr and a total of 5 tight ends on the roster and they have a option play book. I'm hoping that EA CFB 27 and the developer fix it to where the cpu make logical recuiting and filling in the roster to where these smaller programs can be at least decent to complete, now I know some colleges struggle in real life with recuiting but I'm pretty sure they don't over load on qb to fill in the roster or go heavy on offense. Also make the deal breaker make since. It should be determined by depth chart not ratings. And let's get rid of the caps on players, I understand that players have limited ability but if a player go from a normal dev to a impact his caps should change also make the development be based on player progression and not the coaches development. It's alot more that I have to say but I would love to hear what you guys think and what's your input is on this.

  • I hope EA can fix the depth charts, specifically on defense.  The way that it is set up, it makes sense if you run a base 4-3.  But for players like me who prefer 4-2-5 or 3-3-5 Tite, the depth charts can be confusing and misleading.  For example, in the base 4-2-5 personnel, the Mike and Sam positions in the depth chart are useless.  I recruit very specific types of defensive players, and I run my defense a certain way.  I would like my Mike LB and my Will LB to be in certain spots, and it is too difficult to put them in those spots.  In contrast, the 3-3-5 Tite defense uses those positions the way I would like to use them.  But in both defenses, the Sam position in the depth chart is useless.  I also am very particular in the type of player that I recruit to play the "Star" position (in the 4-2-5, it is Strong Safety #1 in the depth chart, but for some reason in the 3-3-5 Tite, it is Strong Safety #2).  Would it be too hard to create a specific Star position in the defensive depth chart, one in which we can play any LB or defensive back (like the Gadget position for offense)?  Sometimes, when there are injuries in-game, the replacement will come in and it is not the player or the type of player that I want at that spot.  But because of the way the depth chart is set up, we have to put 3 players for those 2 spots, and any one of those players will play both spots.  Also, I do not need 5 spots for DTs in the depth chart.  Can we get a DT position for 3 spots to go along with the 3 spots for the NT position?  Because, again, I recruit very specific types of players for those 2 positions.  Everything else with the depth charts are fine.  I just wish the depth charts we specific to the defensive playbook that you choose.  I love the game, and I look forward to a better CFB 27!

  • I hope EA will allow us to modify ALL NIL players positions because they don't always put the players in the right spot such as DE being a   LB or an RB as WR on the depth charts and vice versa it's getting ridiculous.

  • I hope CFB 27 increase the created teams on the teambuilder website from 32 to 64 and be able to download all 64 teams on the actual game console. It is so frustrating and makes little sense to create 32 teams but can only download 16. The other 16 teams is basically useless unless you have both PS5 and XBox. We had to endure the 16 only download on CFB25 and CFB26. Also add more layers to be added to the field and more generic stadiums like maybe a dome. I hope EA reads the comments on Teambuilder discussion. And finally, Make Madden 27 Teambuilder finally be used in play now. It was done in Madden 12 old gen.
