Dynasty coaches not progressing

I’ve taken a head coach job ~ level 30 and brought in two coordinators with the basic motivator/ recruiter/ strategist packages.

Ive won multiple national titles with them/ top recruiting classes/# 1 draft picks and they never upgrade their archetypes to elite recruiter/master motivator/ etc.

they also never purchase additional archetypes like architect/ talent developer.

theyre now ~ level 80+ and they just have the basic packages maxed out. This means that they’re hoarding coach points.

this is really frustrating because if I fire them and try to hire new coordinators I end up with low level coordinators with only basic packages and have to restart.

in another dynasty I maxed out the coach skills to get better quality coaches and fired my coordinators only to get coaches that only had basic packages year after year after year. I did this 5 years in a row before quitting the dynasty and giving up and restarting. Spending coach points on this is a complete waste.

The coaches also never seem to leave. I’m on my 3rd dynasty with a custom coach at level 100 and have never had a coordinator leave unless I fired them.
