EA Preorder Bonuses Not Included

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this or not but, I preordered the PS5 version of the game off of Amazon and just got it delivered.

However, it does not seem to have the preorder bonus content inside. I can't find any code to redeem or anything like that. In particular, I can't find the bonus coach points for Dynasty Mode. How am I supposed to get the preorder content?

    Hi there. Since you bought the game through Amazon, you'll need to contact their support to see if they can get you that code.

    I appreciate the response but, wow, that really does seem like an oversight on EA's part that the codes aren't just in each new game's package?

    I don't mean to be rude but, it was hardly clear that someone preordering your game would have to order from a specific place in order to get the preorder bonuses. Like, is there no way that EA can hook me up with a code? It isn't like today is a year, a month or even a week after release date.

    I'm obviously playing a new copy of the game since it is the actual release date of the game today.

    Unfortunately, we don't have those codes since they are the responsibility of the retailer to include them.
