Hey Barry, 

I would like to start by saying that this game has been out for a year now.. (College football 2026) I have yet to see any patches, bug fixes, etc. the game while playing a friend freezes and causes myself and my friends to get kicked for “excessive delays”. The game logs me out far too often, and no I do not have wifi issues. 
I wish that there was ranking system to go play Ultimate team, meaning based on your overall is how you get matched against another online player. It’s far too difficult and frustrating playing a 99overall team who has every position maxed out on overall. And merely impossible to actually succeed in your objective progress. When it asks me for feedback it closes that window before I can even input my survey. 
which I would absolutely leave a poor review based off this gameplay. I loved this game growing up… however it is 1000% NOTHING like it used to be…. It’s simply not fun anymore playing this game when all you get paired up with are people dropping $1000’s of dollars on their roster when I am not ranked up like most others… another is when you use your training points and or Currency and you get the same player you already have on your roster. I can express enough how frustrating it is to use those points, then LOSE those points and not be able to do anything about the fact that I just got the same player that is already on my lineup. Let’s fix this and have some attention to detail. There are plenty of reviews and comments left on this forum for you guys to get to work with and it seems as though. I would love to continue to buy every game each year these come out, but quite frankly you’ve failed the college football community and I am certain I’m not the only one thinking this, but if you guys don’t begin fixing these bugs, or other things mentioned. I’m afraid you’ll end up losing a lot of business because of it. 
college football was my childhood, and when I heard this game was being released a couple years back, I was enthralled. However this game has been one of the biggest disappointments to me I’ve ever wasted $79 on… 

I hope to get a prompt response as we are all eager for a change in this game and the future releases of the new games to come down the road.
