Hey I’m on Xbox and when I play online games on ultimate team or regs I cant hear the other player any more I see there mics moving but I dont hear them I hear regular game sounds this the only game I cant here game chat on can someone please help

Community ManagerDo you also hear commentary? I'm asking because if your audio is set to use 5.1 sound, but you don't have an audio system for this, change your sound settings to stereo.
Yes I hear commentators and other game volumes just not other players
Community ManagerThe only thing I can think of is that chat is muted somewhere. Make sure you check your Xbox settings as well as the game settings.
