Login verification

This is by far the worse game and customer service or whatever this **bleep** is called I’ve been trying to get help for weeks now no number to call and no one reaches back out to you how am I getting a email with the verification code but it won’t pass by? That makes zero sense fix your game or get better with communications this is absolutely terrible on your end EA or whoever runs this

    Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear you've been having a tough time reaching our support team. Before trying them again, if the Login Verification codes aren't coming through for you, can you make sure:

    • Your checking the correct email address.
    • Your inbox isn’t full.
    • You’ve checked the spam folder.
    • You or your service provider haven’t blocked emails from ea.

     

    If all is in order there, try using a backup code to log in and then another one to reset the verification codes.

  • If you would read you would clearly see I have the right email I’m getting the emails I’ve tried using my phone number as well once I enter the code nothing else on the screen is happening spent all this money for this game to work when you guys want it to

    Ah ok, apologies for not catching that earlier. I understand what's happening for you; it's not that the codes aren't reaching you, they aren't working when you pop them into the text box on screen. 

    I’ve tried using my phone number as well 

    You were able to change where the codes were going out to? Using a backup code?
