Max upgraded Tim Tebow is still an 88
This game sucks.
I've un-upgraded, reset the game, everything. He'd an 88 no matter what.
the dev team is awful

You need to use the chemistry buckets and select what upgrade you want. Make sure all 7 buckets have something in it.
