MUT points

EA employee told me to make this to get a forum managers attention . My MUT points are -9000 and Xbox support said it’s a EA problem . They refunded me all my money i spent but they said they can not help and it’s a EA problem . EA employee told me to make a post since they can’t transfer chat to higher ups . Please help .
