Please Fix This..

I can’t make a Online Dynasty… It’s keeps saying I’m at the max when I have no dynasties,, Tried deleting & reinstalling it.. Even deleted all my data for the game.. But nothing works.. As someone who really only plays dynasty not being able to start one is upsetting.. The pictures clearly show something’s wrong
