Offline Dynasty Coaches

#1. First let me say thank you for real coaches in the game, the edits and gear. HOWEVER LOL, I know leaving for the NFL is real but can we keep them alittle more if not for good in college (An allow it option in settings). 

#2. Also, when I created my own coach when starting my Dynasty at Alabama, Deboer disappeared. It would be nice if he had went into available coaches list on the game somewhere.

#3. Edit ALL coaches. For example, being able to change Alabama's O.C to Grubbs and North Carolina H.C Bill Belichick.
