Roster update not loading to dynasty active roster

Has anyone been able to figure out how to get the new roster update to sync for a new dynasty? I have tried starting a new dynasty a few times and have restarted my console a few times but cant get the new rosters (12052025) to sync and upload as the new active roster. @EA, do you have a fix for this?
