Title update didn’t change anything

I heavily read the patch notes for the title update and the main issues still occur. Ea said they lowered the chances of a rain game on dynasty, but literally the first game on a new dynasty it was raining. Auto recruiting still doesn’t work at all. Had a 16 win season with Ohio state and still only signed 10 recruits with auto recruiting “on”. I am an adult that has to work a 9-5 and go to school religiously, so I don’t have time to “learn” how to recruit manually. By far I’m really disappointed, spent 100 dollars on this game just for an unfinished product.
