You to pay attention to their career and season energy/injury bars. It really helps to use the sub feature where you keep them fresh and also make sure you use a different back on 3rd down if possible. This will also help you with progressing players in the off-season and retaining players who would potentially leave.

They're not getting injured... I said that. They are randomly being removed from the game and I'm not able to sub them back in. Read please.

I had that happen as well with a starting RB. His senior year he came in at the beginning of the game then would disappear after the first time I used him, either running or pass. One and done. Not injured and listed as #1 RB. Tried mass subs and mass subbing back but no joy.
