UT 201 Flick of the Wrist - Touch Pass not registering

I run a literal Jet Touch Pass and it falls the challenge. I've run the through full passing abilities (Bullet, Lob, Precise Placement, Touch Pass, Jet Sweep) and every one of them fail. Am I doing something wrong?
