Community ManagerHi there. Unfortunately, we can't help with this since game was purchased from Walmart. They would be responsible for making sure you get the right code.
This is NOT resolved as Walmart told us to reach out to EA and you are saying that there is nothing that you can do?

I'm sorry to say, we're not able to get a code to you. It is the retailer's responsibility to make sure you get the right code.
Then you might need to let them know that as I called them three times and they said to contact EA about this which I am doing.
