Wrong Pre-Order Code from Walmart

I got the code before the game came out and it was an Xbox code from Walmart and my pre-order is for PS5. Been trying to have them fix this but they are now saying that EA has to fix this. I'm calling @*%^$%#@ on Walmart crappy customer service.

Sony won't do anything with this and I know that so hopefully EA can get this resolved.

Walmart is responsible for getting the right codes to their customers. There is nothing else we can do to help with this over the forums. You will again need to contact their support to get this handled.

Exactly and I feel like this needs to be fixed by EA or Walmart or both. You're going to have a bad situation at hand when it comes to this matter.
