Wrong pre order code

I contacted Walmart through their chat and they suggested that I reply to the email saying it is the wrong code. I did that but it has an email address of mailto:[edit: email address removed]. I told the chat representative what it said and she was sending an email to their back office team to look into it. They will get back to me in the next 48 hours. We'll see. I will update here once I find anything out.

Just to provide more info: Walmart states for each game EA allows them 1 code. If that code is bad / wrong, there is nothing that they can do about it besides try and send another game and hope EA gives them the proper code. Today I received my replacement game, and they were not able to get any new code.
