Wrongfully banned.
How come the people that did cheat, don’t get in trouble but the people that didn’t cheat, always get in trouble? This is a ridiculous. How can you decline my case without even speaking to me

Community ManagerHey there. ToS does an investigation on your account when a dispute is submitted. If they aren't overturning the ban, it means they didn't find evidence that it was issued in error. You're welcome to submit another dispute. That can be done up to 3 times. Instructions for disputes can be found in this article. Thanks!
Well if there wasn’t evidence for an overturn then someone wasn’t looking hard enough. Absolutely ridiculous. I can’t even speak to someone about it.

there has been a HUGE wave of wrongful bans. Somebody 100% needs to manually check in on this.
I know of one guy that all he’s done is sold the very first Season 2 90 OVR RG on the auction house for 1.2mil. That’s it, that’s the extent of what he did. He got ALL of his coins wiped.
I know another guy in our community that has never done anything against the ToS. What he did was buy a bunch of Thunderbird LTD’s when they were cheap and sold them all when they hit 900k.
these are automatically triggering whatever bot system you guys have set up to flag people when they buy/sell cards too high, but it’s flagging people that are selling at the actual current market price. How is that their fault or against ToS?
and your EA help? Yeah that’s zero help. It’s taken these guys multiple days to actually get a response back from someone and their response was they’d “open a ticket”.
I’m just now seeing this. Well glad it wasn’t just me I guess but goes to show how no one actually cares or looks into it. Yeah that’s similar to what happened to me I assume. Why is it an option in the game if it can’t be done?? Just got en email this morning saying it won’t be overturned and they won’t look into any further. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m hoping someone see this and fixes it but they basically told me tough
