Add Create a player in Dynasty mode

Okay y'all made a new update congratulations but y'all still haven’t added to create a player in dynasty mode something we all keep asking for and y'all haven’t done it yet. Updating uniforms and equipment is useless because you don’t want to fix what the game needs. That why this game rating is going down. Add what we ask for and then College football won’t so trash after all.
