Can’t connect to online dynasty

 I’m unable to connect to Online Dynasty mode in College Football 26 on Xbox. Everything was working until recently, and now I get a message about being disconnected from the EA servers or Xbox network — even though my internet works fine for everything else. I’ve done all of the following:

• EA account is correctly linked and verified

• NAT type is Open (set up via IP passthrough on AT&T fiber)

• Tried clearing cache, resetting alternate MAC address, changing DNS to 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4

• Tried wired and wireless

If I connect via my hotspot, it allows me to connect. 

Any ideas on what I can do?
