Coaching Carousel Needs fixed ASAP!

The coaching carousel needs updated ASAP for user coaching job offers.

Started as a DC at a 1 star MAC school trying to do a realistic coaching career progresion and I get one job offer after two seasons and it's to be a head coach at either Troy or Purdue. 

Where are the lower level DC offers? I should be able to jump G5 conferences as a DC and then get a DC offer at a lower P4 school, then higher P4 school before getting a HC job. Obviously this should be based on how my side of the ball performs but in one dynasty I was fired after second season and same thing happened. If anything give me a bunch of different options and let me choose the path I want. Even if im horrible and get fired, offer me some coordinstor jobs at the same level as I was coaching at before. 

This shouldn't be hard to do with conference prestige.

If this isn't fixed ASAP this will completely kill the dynasty experience for me.
