Created coaches

OK, EA this coaching carousel problem is getting way out of hand. It’s two years now and you’ve become no closer to fixing it. The logic is broken NCAA 14 their coaching carousel albeit old was pretty good. All you had to do was tweak and adjust that was it

Now what I have come to find out after 10 years of Sim Dynasty is that a real coach on the game will get multiple coaching offers over those seasons compared to a created coach

I have did one created coach to 31 other coaches real and not real that were on the game already and I have found out nine years to one. I’ve either gotten no offers after winning three national championships and six conference championships to these coaches the real ones getting fired re-hired by another school getting fired again and getting rehired by another school and then getting fired again and being rehired again they’ll go through four coaching cycles before they don’t get another job or retire you need to fix the created coach logic in the coaching carousel. Let us do what we did in 2014 which is if those small schools one of the coach they pitched it anyway, and we could either take it or not it should be up to us whether we want the jobs or not not you EA
