Custom Head Coach Causing Server Error

I run an online dynasty and we are in season 5 about to start season 6 and I have a few new people I recruited to join, but in the last few days any time any of them try to join and make a custom HC they get a server error message when they try to sign the contract. I got on a burner account to try it out and it kicked me with the error as well. I wanted to know if there. is a fix to that? I created a brand new league and there were no issues with making a custom HC so it has to be something with old leagues
