I feel you.
I just finished my most recent season. I have transfers turned way, waaay down and I STILL have, between the players going pro with "none" to the chance to persuade them to stay and the transfers themselves, a total of THIRTY-FIVE players leaving the program.
14 guys going Pro with "None" as the chance to Persuade them to stay. Including guys going as late as the 5th round with "None" for Persuade chance.
This *bleep* needs to be turned way, way, WAAAAAY down.
Basically if your guys put up good stats and they have a rating of 90 or better, they're gone.
