Dynasty Corrupted after 10+ Seasons Fix The Game EA

I have a 2man dynasty going on our 13 seasons or so and Slow Sim only. We were in the conference championship section playing our bowl games last night. I check this morning it’s temporarily unavailable. EA please fix this if not can you give a routine way of fixing this issue. Coach level was pretty high for a slow sim and beating top 25 is not easy when you had to work your way up. Too much time was put into it that it would not want me to play and ask for a refund. Cause what’s the point of not being able to play a league I paid for.
