Dynasty issues

Let me preface by apologizing if what I am about to write has already been addressed but I have some eye issues that will not allow me to read for long periods of time. So I will get to it:

1. My coach has hit level 100 and now I no longer receive any XP points? If so, why cap the coach? Building him up is one of the better parts of the game. Now I cannot unlock like 60% of the categories. 
2. The rain nearly every game needs to stop. 10% would be realistic. Maybe be able to control the weather again. 
3. Why can’t I take off the stadium atmosphere BS? At least give me the option off turning off all the route distortion. 
4. How do I win a recruiting battle when it is down to two schools? Any recommendations? 
5. Why can’t I snap the ball when in shotgun right after making a fake snap?
