Dynasty says a user is occupying a team but there isn’t.

A user left the league and I brought in a new one to take over his team (Texas) but when he tries to join it says someone has that team even though there isn’t a user occupying them. Have tried sending invites. Joining through password. Also I tried retiring my coach and switching and it still says someone has them. I have attached a photo showing where the coach is now Rich Rod with no user attached and in the team selection screen it shows a user has Texas.
