My main complaint is not having dynamic pipelines for teams. In 14 if I recruited enough players from a certain pipeline, I'd eventually build that up as a pipeline for my school. The fact that I could be a 5* school with multiple championships and still only have level 1 and 2 pipelines (not including any coach skill tree boosts) is very dumb and unrealistic.
I agree. At least pipelines matter a little more this year in terms of recruiting, but it's not a great system yet, though they're at least working on it. Just goes to show once again how well the older games were made comparatively and why people love them so much.
