My main complaint is not having dynamic pipelines for teams. In 14 if I recruited enough players from a certain pipeline, I'd eventually build that up as a pipeline for my school. The fact that I could be a 5* school with multiple championships and still only have level 1 and 2 pipelines (not including any coach skill tree boosts) is very dumb and unrealistic.
I agree with that. The coaches and schools pipelines should change year over year. I would also add that rivalries should do the same. Cannot have a rivalry if you no longer play.
