I've had and played NCAA Football from the first game it was actually called NCAA Football.
I've been playing this game since the original Sony Playstation. And I've owned EVERY iteration of the game ever since, spending what has to be months of my life playing this game each year. Thousands of dollars.
I was one of the people who would go through the entire game and add names, long before sim card trading or downloads were a thing. I did it for myself on my own offline dynasties. Every player, every name, every team. When downloads came out, my rosters were some of the most popular out there.
I purchased the $149.99 Madden bundle primarily out of nostalgia as its the only game I play on Xbox and I like to progress players from college football to Madden.
EA Sports sold me a product that hasn't worked in two weeks. I literally can't play the game.
EA_Kent and EA_Universa and EA_Edu and EA_Kat and EA_Mai and EA_KQB have all been unresponsive.
Not even so much as a "we hear you, we're working on it, we'll follow up by (x date)."
Clearly there was brand loyalty that brought me back to this game every year. It didn't matter how good or bad the actual game was...I bought it.
It's devastating knowing that this will be the last time I ever purchase anything from EA and I will spend any extra energy I have determined to get my money back.
They stole from me and I hate thieves. EA owes me $150.00. Not an apology, I want my money back and they can kick rocks. I wish them nothing but the worse. This has been absolutely insane, I've spent more time trying to figure out what's wrong with the game and fix or work around crashing than playing the game.
39 attempts. 38 crashes. 1 sim to end after getting to :21 left in the 3rd quarter.
