game advice

Hello, any help would be greatly appreciated. I had been playing Madden 20 on PS4, since 21 and 22 had the franchise glitch. I quit playing 20 because it has become boring. I am going to upgrade to the PS5. I see that NCAA and Madden 26 are crashing, and unplayable. Is there a recent Madden or NCAA 25 that are playable? I like to play offline franchise/dynasty. Thank you!
