Game crashes

I’m having the same issue. All my answers are below. I have a case open and was asked to take a video of the issue and upload it. Now my chat feature has disappeared so I can’t upload it. Can you help me with sending in the video?

• xbox series x
• happybagman
• dynasty with a teambuilder team
• crashes at random times during the game. Seems to be after a play is over or during a transition. It can be any random time during a game
• im playing the game normal and then it just freezes and kicks me to the dashboard
• no error messgaes

please help us, this is beyond frustrating and the silence from ea makes us feel like you only care about getting our money. This has also made me aware of how horrible the customer service is and how you handle issues. It’s pathetic but you got my $70 so why help me?

3. Dynasty (w/Team Builder)
4. Usually crashes after scoring 1st TD of the game. I play 15:00 min quarters with accelerated clock down to 10 secs. It’s usually happening immediately after the TD, which often times is around the 10:00 minute mark of 1st Q, give or take a minute or two either way. It will freeze for 1-2 seconds and then crash back to the dashboard. It was happening in my second season of my dynasty in Week 5. 
5. no error codes or messages at all. Just freeze and back to Xbox dashboardEA_Kent​ 

when can I expect to play this game without the game crashing? I honestly would just like to know that.

We've seen the reports of crashes, and we've been working on gathering more info to help us look into this. 

When you've got the chance, can you share some details so I can pass them along? 

• Which platform are you playing on? 
• What's your Xbox Gamertag or PSN ID? 
• Which game modes are you seeing the crashes in? 
• Where are the crashes happening in-game? Is it happening in the menus or in the middle of a game? Where specifically in the menu or during a game does it crash?
• What was happening in the game leading up to the crash? 
• Did you get any error messages or error codes when it crashed?
