Game crashes

The only (sad) advice I have is to simulate (make sure to force the win of course) the games that are crashing and try the next one. I’ve had 2 games crash back to back so it’s still incredibly sad and broken to play.

We aren't bearing with you! Us as the CUSTOMER are trapped! EA/You have our money, and we are all past the refund time. We are quite literally trapped between the incompetence of EA and our investment in a poor product! So, trust me when I say that there is no "bearing" here if there was an alternative, we'd ALL be headed there.

• What was happening in the game leading up to the crash? Everything is normal until the game freezes and the Xbox just shuts off or goes to the main menu
• Did you get any error messages or error codes when it crashed? No error code

  Steps taken already to try an fix (all have failed):
  Delete save file and reserve space
  Reset alternate MAC Address
  Hard reset console
  Clear persistent storage on Blu-ray drive
  Reinstall game
  Move game from internal storage to external
  Tried different Xbox Series X console

EA_Kent​ Hi, did today’s update fix it at all? The fact that Dynasty has been unplayable for over a week now is beyond sad, especially when people pre-ordered, got the game at launch. 

My dynasty was FGCU Eagles, I always crash within the first or second quarter. I haven’t once gotten past the halftime. I was told on Sunday that a fix was coming very soon, yet it’s now Thursday and you guys won’t give us any idea at how long we aren’t able to touch are games nor will give us any update.

Game mode (Dynasty with team builder)

My game has been crashing half way through the first quarter of every game I play and it will send me back to the Xbox dashboard every time.

There have been No error message or codes indicating a problem just, I try to play with my team builder dynasty and it will crash and send me back to the Xbox dashboard.

I know you didn't ask me but here is what I'm experiencing

Which platform are you playing on?    Xbox Series X

What's your Xbox Gamertag or PSN ID?   billnachos

Which game modes are you seeing the crashes in?   Dynasty

Where are the crashes happening in-game? Is it happening in the menus or in the middle of a game? Where specifically in the menu or during a game does it crash?   Never in Menus, only in games, 2nd/3rd quarter.. just randomly.

What was happening in the game leading up to the crash?    Random, sometimes a long run. Sometimes players walking up to the line.

Did you get any error messages or error codes when it crashed?  System shuts off entirely.  Never has done this with another game.  CFB 25 worked fine.  This happened 3 times before todays patch, Happened in 2nd quarter of first game post-patch.
