No Practice in Bye Weeks?

Question

I know in 25 there was a visual glitch where when you advanced to a bye week, practice would be gone. But to fix that you had to back out and rejoin the dynasty.

This year has the same issue. I'm on a double bye (week 3/4) in my 32 user league and want to at least be able to play with my guys and get used to them/test out my custom playbook with my team. However, I haven't found a "fix" to getting practice mode available.

Not being able to use practice mode on bye weeks
Not being able to use formation subs with custom playbooks
Not being able to set our Coach's playbook to a custom one, but in game settings you are able to set as your default
Not being able to manually upgrade players in season if penalty slider is set to anything but 0%
Auto/manual progress being reset to commissioners settings
Private Online Dynasty being set to open randomly

These are just a few I've noticed, I'm not sure if the custom playbook in Dynasty is intentional, but it does suck I can't use the new/returning formation subs feature. The one that affects my league are the manual upgrade penalty issue and my dynasty being switched to open after setting up private with a password over and over.
