Play Selection - Favorites and Organizing

Please help: I'm trying to find the menu item to go through my team's playbook and favorite all the O and D plays, and arrange them in a logical order so I can find them in 5 seconds. I'm having trouble finding this item. I know it's somewhere, since calling plays is literally the main focus of the game...seems like it would be more prominent. Like, the first item under "Team" ??
