Please add an option to unlock coach archetypes for Offline Dynasty players

I'm not even sure I care if turning off the requirements for the player coach turns them off for the CPU coaches too. Whatever is easiest to get out the door (i.e. without extensive coding changes). On one hand, as a single player offline dynasty coach, my coach is his own special thing, so fine if it's only off for him. On the other hand if it's off for all other coaches too, it will be cool to see the variety of ways the CPU coaches progress with this off.
