Position/Editing player Questions

So,

I am one of those who like to make a super team and just have fun.

That’s how I play, may not be how you, but hey, to each their own lol.

I generally like to make a QB, WR, LE, MLB, CB

I was looking and the only other positions on the depth cart you can put at QB is K,P

I started a dynasty with Florida cause they have freshman at the positions I needed to edit.

Went to the stats, since I had a kicker I turned into a QB, all of his stats are not there, like passing yards, ETC.  Same goes for other positions I had to move around to get them where I need to be.

Am I screwed and need to find a new team, or is there an alternate option/workaround I have?

I assume I’m screwed lol
