Toughest places to play

I don’t have much negative to say about this game at all, I pretty much only play dynasty mode. One thing I’ve notice that toughest places to play doesn’t improve. I’ve won 30 games straight turner Memphis onto a contender, and they went from #56 toughest places to play to #57. I don’t get it. Someone let me know something. Am I doing something wrong ?
