Unknown penalty

This one is going to gripe me for a long time!!!! Dynasty mode in the playoffs and only playing defense opportunities. My offense has the ball so I’m letting it sim that part. All of a sudden an unknown penalty comes up for 15 yards AGAINST THE DEFENSE!!!! Which should give my offense better field position, but does it NOOOOOO!!!! It TURNS THE BALL OVER!!!!! HOW?????? That one burns me up. Especially in a tie ball game.
