What is the point of these forums? EA doesn't seem to acknowledge anything we put on here, but let a content creator or famous person say something on twitter and EA devs quote tweet it, reply to it, or post it.
There are meaningful changes that us regular people want that will make the game so much better and bring us back year after year.

Because this is where they keep everyone gathered up to keep them off places like X or Reddit or other wider social media. Here they can moderate and control the criticism. We think they see it but they don't care. They got our money, it doesn't matter what the feedback is or if we can even play the game.

They simply don't care about 99% of the stuff that's said in here. Or at least that's what we can assume given almost no posts have any replies from mods to acknowledge our complaints.
Simply awful customer service.
