Cant connect to EA servers cfb 2026

cannot connect either, says i need to reset my password after doing so it says "The EA Servers are not available at this time. Please try again later. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for more additional information. then when i go to that web address nothing happens. no page loads. nothing 

I can connect, but I lose connection minutes  later during games. I reconnect and lose connection again. I cannot stay connected long enough to finish a game. This is only happening on cfb26

i have the same issue when i tried it i an error that said ea servers are not available right now see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information. well that page said to check my wifi which i did and i took it to my friends house and got on his wifi and i was able to sign in just fine 

The issue is most likely due to your connection then. First, it would be best to switch to a wired connection. Wireless will have a far higher rate of disconnects and lag. You also should try the connection troubleshooting steps here.

Are you using a wired or wireless connection? If you're on wireless, try switching to a wire. Make sure you power cycle your modem/router and hard restart your console.

My connection is wired. I’ve power cycled my modem over 10 times and I still am getting problem signing in, this is the same thing that happened to me late in the year for ncaa25 and now it’s continuing over to the next game, I haven’t bought it yet. If this isn’t fixed I will be playing trial for 9 hours and then won’t purchase. 

Did you also hard restart your console? Which console are you using?

Just tried wired connection……..Guess what? It still lost connection. Which is exactly what I knew would happen since it only happens on EA servers while playing CFB26 and no other game. 

After switching to a wire, make sure you power cycle your equipment with these steps:

1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
3. Power it all up and try playing again
