If you're running into the same issue, please follow the same steps posted earlier, thanks! You'll need to get in touch with support as well if a password reset didn't do the trick.

That's odd PapiChulo6ix9ine, I don't see any cases have been created from this account.
Can you try the specific steps above again, just to make sure a case was created with those exact topics? When you create the case, it should give you a case number. Can you let me know that number when it's created?
If it's not letting you create a case, try using an incognito mode window. It will prompt you to sign in, but just choose the Continue without logging in option and see if that changes things.
Unfortunately no luck with either option. Goes back to the main EA help with not case # or open cases
